Rude sales agent

Had a call from a agent to extend a motor vehicle warranty today, I clearly and friendly expressed that I am not interested.

The agent then proceeded to talk to me like I am stupid and that I don't know what a motor plan is, I expressed that I am aware what it is and they dont need to explain further, the agent then proceeded to explain to me like I am a child, I told them to email me the information and t's&c's as most motor plans are predatory towards the consumer and I would review it and then make a decision. The agent proceed to rudely put the call down in my ear.

This was truly a upsetting interaction, I wont make use of a service where I get treated with such disrespect.
