Rude consultant

I made a online application for Telkom Router last night. This morning I received a call from a consultant, who was I suspect is a white lady, rude and doesn't have training for a customer. She was a ****** she even hanged up on me before I could get clarity on my deal, no goodbye and no thank you

I tried calling back I couldn't find her, but I was told she is CAMELLE REDDY Bad business for Telkom , Telkom is not properly represented.
