Ruben @ Mondo

On Thursday the 6May 2021 I called Mondo enquiring about my new contract. An agent Ruben answered my call. He explained the terms of the contract and fully explained the cancellation process. He was very knowledgeable of their products, processes and procedures and gave me the best advice. Ruben was very professional in his responses and did not get tired of answering my questions.

Ruben rendered an exceptional Customer Service. We need more consultants like him in other organisations as well. It's a pity I did not take his surname àt the time. Thank you
