Router not working

I am very disappointed with the service I received, how on earth do you lie about contracts, the consultant **** to me about everything, I was given sale under false pretence by Mondo consultant, the router is extremely useless, and I must pay for 2 years for something that I don't use. I would never recommend anyone to take contract with mtn or through Mondo as I have been calling almost every day and my calls are being drop once, I mention the complaint.
