Ridiculous Services ever

I have requested cancelation with Mondo and MTN as everything that was said by consultant was lies.Every time a call they keep on giving me reference numbers and promise me that i will receive a message informing me that the contract has been canceled yet i don't receive any. I am very disappointed with their service.
