RewardsCo...False marketing!
I received a call from RewardsCo sometime last year on behalf of MTN to upgrade my contract. I was advised that it would cost R149 every month, since then I am being charged R260. I have not received any contract either. MTN has been no help as they keep advising that someone will contact me in regards to this matter.
Today, I called MTN and the consultant advised me that I the person sho helped me with the upgrade did not advise me correctly and explain the details of the deal. So MTN outsources to companies who do not give their staff enough training on the products their selling?!
