Rewardsco USELESS!!!

Rewardsco phoned me in connection with upgrading my vodacom contract, after a week I phoned to do a follow-up with vodacom and they notified me that the phone has been dispatched, but I have never received it, the phone that i wanted has not been loaded by Rewards co, different phone , different package not nearly what rewardsco has stated in the conversation. Vodacom instructed that rewardsco needs to cancel the contract on their side and rewardsco say vodacom must cancel it. The rewardsco agent does npt understand what vodacom has instructed to me. How can rewards co be so WRONG? Wrong phone, WRONG package
