RewardsCo ***** accounts are opened using customers details,

Recently did a telephonic request via the RewardsCo for a Vodacom package, a few weeks later my husbands details was used and a contract was issued. The contract was taken out with MTN and his account debited, he has been a Vodacom customer for more than 18years and has never been so compromised. It is clear that the company has no measures in place to safe guard the details of the customers that they have been entrusted with. Funny enough all the supporting documents submitted is ********** and is so evident upon reviewing it. There is no validation done to ensure that the documents are correct. Instead whilst we are busy running around trying to sort of the inconvenience that we exposed too, these guys have taken out a second contract, lucky this was cancelled before the debit could go off. It is evident that staff are selling off customers information to **********.
