Rewardsco *****

People should be aware of Rewardsco and never buy anything from them. Cellphone companies should not make use of these **********.

I was phoned on 5 October on behalf of Vodacom. They told me that I can upgrade my existing Vodacom contract whereby I receive 10 GB per month to one whereby I will receive 30 GB per month. The agent told me that instead of R280 per month I will now pay R380 per month. I asked the agent several times if she is certain that I will only pay R380 per month and not R280 plus R380 per month. She assured me that this will be the case. The agent even put her manager on the line who assured me of the same thing. On the basis of this I accepted the contract. When I received my bill it was over R600 and not only R380 as promised. Neither Vodacom or Rewardsco want to take responsibility for this and I now have a monthly Vodacom bill that I cannot afford and they are refusing to cancel any of my contracts without severe penalties.

This is terrible ******* service from both companies.
