My initial interaction with Mondo turned out to be an absolute ******* and was extremely annoyed about how i had been conned However on contacting them to get the matter resolved, i had the most amazing experience with the customer service support contact Phindele. i know it may be a requirement of the job, but to say Phindele went above and beyond to ensure my problem was solved in the best possible way, is an understatement. it was such a pleasure dealing with her. Phindele, you are truly an extremely remarkable woman - i applaud you !! and trust your manager and all at Mondo appreciate your enthusiasm, commitment and integrity. you will go far in life - all the best a sincere thank you Sue
