Return devi e
I received a wrong pack on the 11/06 I've been trying to get this router returned but it's a hassle 1 the call center is always busy I've sent tireless emails only to be told that I'm going to re eive a call and nothing has happened. Spoke to a mondo rep by the name of Zahera who gave me false info by saying I need to go to mtn to drop it off there, went to Sandton city mtn direct store only to be told that's how Mondo operates they will give me a run around so I guess I will wait for thwm to call but the service is appalling

21 Jun 2021, 16:32After my review on Friday Mondo was quick to respond to say they have allocated my query to a consultant who is going to give me a call, guess it's almost close of business and nobody has called me people this company is a ***** and they should not be allowed to operate cause the level of customer service is of the lowest quality by the way Mondo I'm still waiting and I will continue to let people know of your appauling service
