REFUSAL TO CANCEL A CONTRACT!

Terrible experience. I ordered a phone on the 5th of Jan 2026. On the 8th I receive a call asking me to confirm the delivery of a phone I did not request. I cancelled the order on the spot- the device did not even reach me. Their cancellation policy takes 3 - 5 days. It has been over that period and the contract is not cancelled. I have been following up on a daily basis with little to no update. It is now the 20th of Jan and they keep extending the days not adhering to the cancellation timeframe they promised to customers. I am frustrated & upset at the amount of resources I have used to speak to these people on a daily basis. DO NOT USE THEM
