REFUND
since i lodge a complaint through hellopeter on the 20 september 2021,regarding mondo refund,i never receive any communication from them .they only reply by responding but NO TELEPHONE CALL OR EMAIL NOTHING. please customers stay -away from mondo contracts ,they treat their clients like dogs. IM VERY SAD AND SO SAD ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. REFUNDS TAKES LONGER THAT PROMISE DAYS....... IM THINKING OF ORGANISING A MARCH TO THEIR OFFICES..
