Refund

I renewed my MTN contract with Mondo then I added Router on my contract, only to find that the device was faulty I had to return the device. February 2022 I returned the Device to MTN store. on my I started to follow up because I received no response either from MTN nor Mondo. at the store I was told that Mondo should give me a new device, when I called Mondo they said they cannot give me the device, all they can do is to cancel the contract and re- apply. I said no better that they cancel, so now, Mondo consultants told me that they are responsible to refund my money(device) money that I have been paying the router that I returned 6 months ago. REF NO; RCO233769. I do not get updates about this. I need my money,

Another thing, before the cancelation, I was told that since the device was faulty, I will be refunded money that I have paid for it. now I was waiting for tow refunds of which I am not sure where I will get or not. I paid for router from the day of renewal till the day of cancelation.
