PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME,YOUR COMPANY REFUND POLICY .... HOW CAN REFUND TAKES 3 MONTHS WAITING PERIOD TO PROCESS WHEREAS 3 MINUTES FOR CELLPHONE CONTRACT APPROVAL ????
