REFUND

Its sad that i must fight for my rights with **** mondo manangement only for cancellation and refund of my money,yesterday M.T.N DEDUCTED R669.00 because mondo never do cancellation of my contract now is 5 months complaining ,you have now voiletated my rights as the citizen of this country and it cannot takes 5 months to do refund and cancellation but takes 20 minutes to approve the contract....sis...always i get reply that they are busy with it ...for 5 months as if i done 1 billion contract .....please i dont have your sim and router ,they were return to MTN 6 MONTHS AGO .....WHY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT..???????????????????????
