Really bad first impression

<p>Got a call from Mondo (A Telkom Dealer) selling me a good sim card deal and I was sold. The agent advised me that there would be a once off admin fee to be debited. I agreed to it and gave them a specific day/date on which to debit same but they decided to process the debit order before the agreed date and I sufferred bank charges as a result. I called the callcentre on 26 May 2017 in an effort to rectify this error and the agent on the line advised me that they would refund the bank charges and that the admin fee amount would be reduced to R1.00 from R29.00. I was suprised at how much of a discount they were willing to give and still asked the agent if this is true and he confirmed it to be. Now when I called them today 30 May 2017 regarding the refund for the bank charges I'm told that the condition would be that I first pay the admin fee of R29.00 and it's no longer R1.00. The agent (Phindile) today advised me that the R1.00 is debited only just to test if the account is valid (this is after the R29.00 was unsucessful).</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is the bank charges refunded. </p>
