R10251.50 for an upgrade
I was phoned in May 2023 for an early upgrade on both of my MTN contracts.
After opting in for both of the same deals. Samsung A33 5G on MTN XS Data over 24 months for R359 x 2
I was advised my previous contract termination fees would be debited as follow: 1 June debit order R510 and R680 1 July debit order R359 and R359
1 June debit order was R630.02 1 July debit order was R10251.50 Thanks for bouncing almost all of my other debit orders.
I have phoned three times already to request the recording. I just get put on hold and treated like I am in the one in error here? I would not have opted in for an upgrade if this was communicated to me.
