Poor service delivery..
App**** for a contract through Mondo I Jan 2024.. it took them 8 weeks to organise all my documents together and upon approval and delivery.. they have a fingerprint verification method which never works. Called multiple time for an alternative, they still proceed with finger prints verification which still doesn't work... I've been waiting for my delivery ever since.
The call centre agents are professional ****s and will sell u a dream but nothing to show...
