i contacted Mondo regarding the Telkom deal i app**** for, where i was told i will receive 2 contract device but to my surprise one contract device was received, i spoke to an agent who was very helpful and advise me to re-apply for the second device and he will make sure to it that i do not pay the admin fee again since the second device was not captured.
