Hey Guys not any call center agent is bad I've been complaining about how Mondo operates and I wanted an upgrade on my Contract and one of them did added an extra Contract on top of the other and they deducted a crazy amount on my account and at last one of the angel consultant lady by the name of Prenusha Maduray came to the rescue and did her job can we guys try to be like her and do what we've been hired to do
