Portia

Portia was amazing. I think my experience was probably a result of Portia's inherent exceptional way of dealing with the public, and quite likely excellent training on behalf of her employer (Mondo). Thank you, thank you to both Portia and Mondo!

To Portia's absolute credit I had already spoken to a number of people from different avenues before I made the call that Portia and at that point she was dealing with one very upset and frustrated lady and in a matter of minute Portia calmed me down and was busy solving the issue at hand like it was no problem at all. Her efficiency, warmth and friendliness were tremendous. Service like this is most uncommon and I am very grateful!
