Attention Chantelle,
Regarding the reported matter,
I Johan Jacobs with identity number: ********** 209080 has the power of attorney over the affairs of Rosemary Jacobs.
I'll be handling this matter going forward and we need to hear from the C.E.O of Mondo.
This matter has been handled unfairly and we will not accept anything less then the application of the customer that was approved.
We will log a complaint on Hello Peter until we hear from the C.E.O of Mondo?

Thank you raising your query with us.
As per conversation earlier with the account holder Rosemary Jacobs, we agreed upon the reasoning behind her application being declined.
She did mention the admin fee to which we are willing to resolve provided the necessary documents are given to us as this is not the nature of our business, we need to address this concern with immediate attention if indeed this occurred.
