Poor Service From MTN - Props to Vasigan Naidoo though for helping

The service I received from Mondo was extremely poor. After many attempts of calling to get the account close for a 5G router, that never worked in my estate. This went on for 7 months. I was being billed every single month for a service that I didnt even download a kilobyte of data. I am extremely disappointed at MTN. I will not use the service again. I had spoke to over 7 people and I was not helped.

This rating is specifically for Vasigan Naidoo (Manager) who managed to cancel my account and I am now waiting for a refund.
