Poor service delivery

I will never recommend mtn mondo to anyone. I did an online application on the 19/11/2018. I was contacted by a sales consultant from mtn mondo, doing the application telephonically with me on the 22/11/2018 my I'd is ********** 120082. The sales consultant said that I were approved for two Hisense H12 Lite cell phones package R 199.00 per phone R 398.00 in total per month for both phones. Sales consultant supervisor also spoke to me after the sales consultant did the sale, going through all the terms and conditions taking my banking details asking me that I know I am signing up for two new lines and I agreed. She congratulated me for the order and said the phones will be delivered within three too ten working days. My order was not even been captured no track or trace of application done on the 22/11/2018. Wish someone can assist regarding this matter, then I might change my attitude towards mtn mondo. Thank you.
