Poor service by Mondo and mtn

I signed a contract with Mondo the third party for MTN, the laptop had a problem of a battery. I reported the matter to them and they send me to mtn which mtn refused to take the laptop or to help me. I stopped paying laptop because it was not working, mtn blacklisted my name but refused to fix the laptop but the laptop was still under guarantee.
