Poor Service Buy Mondo

<p>I was contacted by Buy Mondo to upgrade my cellphone contract. They offered me an awesome deal and I accepted the deal since they had stock of the particular phone. After 7 days I did not receive my new phone as promised by the sales lady. I phoned and got a dozen excuses why they could not deliver. I cancelled the upgrade and went to an MTN store only to discover Mondo locked my account for upgrade. After many calls and interventions MTN Glenfair sorted out my problem and upgraded me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bottom line line is don't use Buy Mondo. They don't deliver what they promise the customer. Rather visit your local store do an upgrade.</p>
