Poor service

Still waiting since 5 August for an allegedly approved contract device to be delivered. App**** for Samsung A32 claim contract was approved yet track application denies there is an application. The order number appears not to exist I do not have a clue what the situation is 5th of October will be 2 months no success

Kindly note that upon viewing your application on the MTN system, the application still reflects as Approved-Approved and not cancelled. 

An SMS was sent to you with a link, please open the link so you can see how much you need to pay upfront for the application to be finalized.
