poor service and misleading data deals

I was due for a sim only deal contract with mondo in April 2024. Mondo called me to offer me a data sim only deal contract. I requested that they put me on a 200GB anytime data deal instead they delivered a simcard of a 70GB data deal. I logged a contract dispute and I requested that the cancel the whole deal on June and also that their simcard was sim-barred. They have never taken my request serious as I am still receiving invoices for a data deal I have never used. I request that I get a refund and the deal be cancelled. I would rather go directly to MTN for data deals
