poor service and little to no feedback at all
After giving mondo a 5 star review for there original assistance i would like to change that completely with utter dissapointment. Currently i have been waiting for them to finalise my contract with mtn for over a month now with a range off excuses between stock and escalations that leads to nothing or nowhere. If this is not finalized within the next 48hrs i will drop this contract and make sure that i inform people to not make use off mondo as this is completely unacceptable service for any company that issues cell phone contracts to customers
