Poor service and empty promises

<p>In January 2017, I was called by Mondo who is a company selling Telkom packages. During my telephone conversation I requested a 20GB Wifi package. When I received my router and sim card of was a 10GB package. I notified them and after several calls they agreed that they would listen to the recording and get back to me. They finally returned my call advising me that they would request Telkom to upgrade my package with immediate effect. Up and until now that has not happened. Following several emails no one has answered my emails after following up with them. If this company calls you do not accept any product been offered. </p>
