Poor service

I recently app**** for a WIFI and sim card rooter from mondo ( Telkom), I received the package on Tuesday morning then I received an sms saying that my sim will be activated within 24 to 48Hours but still nothing is happening. I tried calling, I sent an email and a message on facebook but I am not getting any response. Now I still have to buy data even though I have a sim card that has data but it is not activated. I am so disappointed.
