Poor Service

Worst service ever! Mondo delivered sim card with a wrong plan activated on it.The sim card was activated on th 22nd of October2019. I reported it and they promised to deliver a new sim card with the correct plan. They never did. I called several times ad emailed them. I then cancelled the contract and never used the sim card .They still deducting money from my account. Stop *****ing my money!
