Poor service
<p>Not getting service, unable to escalate bad and poor service, *********** call centre that cannot provide information on query logged. Spoke to a Christi, web chat to Amica and investigation officer Geraldine/Gelatine. All *********** and not providing feedback. This is unacepptable and poor services. Would not advise anyone to ever make use of their service. ***</p>
