poor service.

Hi Mondo<br> <br> My wife has just received a box with a P8 lite phone and accessories. The package that you have sold to her does not work. Please make arrangements to collect your goods as we are extremely unhappy from the difficulty of the delivery through to the final package which does not work. 2 sim cards were supp**** but only 1 sim card adapter. The phone does not even pick up the sim card. We have called and we're told that we have to pay for courier and handling fee.....what a ripp off....I will not suggest this service to anyone.
