POOR SERVICE

1. Waited 4weeks for my package. 2. No one called to update me about the delay. When I called, I'm told there is no stock for my package ???? "you shouldn't have sold me something you don't have" 3. Got a call to expect my package on Wednesday 15 May 2019 only to receive just a SIM card ????♀️ 4. I called again, only to be told my package was couriered separately. OK... 5. Three days later the delivered SIM is still not activated. "I guess they are waiting for me spend my airtime and call them again" The other package is said to be delivered next Tuesday 21 May 2019, I will wait.
