Poor Service
Requested for a manager to call me as I was unhappy with cancellation progress. I want to cancel my MTN contract that Mondo people sold it to me with no coverage at the selected store. Mondo offered me the deal and Mondo should also be able to cancel it. I have been transferred to MTN legal and Mondo is not taking any responsibility. When a Mondo consultant calls for an offer DO NOT AGREE TO THE DEAL.
