Poor service
In app**** for cell phone contract 3 months ago and was not happy when it was delivered to me something totally different from what the sales consultant sold to me,So I returned the phone to MTN within two days after recieving it till to day am still waiting for them to cancel the contract but all I get is excuses RONALD VARATHAN.Please note this will be the second month debiting in my account for a phone I ddnt even spend 5 days with.Am really not happy with the service am getting from you......
