Poor Service
I have been trying to cancel a MTN contract upgrade with BuyMondo since the 18th of April 2018. They have confirmed that they did receive the cellphone back at the warehouse and that the cancellation is being processed. 3 months and 4 phone calls later nothing has been done and I am paying now for the 4th month the full subscription for a cellphone I dont have. Please get in contact with me to sort this out!!!
