Poor service
Had app**** and someone called to confirm details. I got sent sms's following up my application. Their tracking system does not work. Their live chat is a Bot which serves no purpose. Have been calling and the lines are never answered. If the application was never captured, please cancel it and remove my detail off your system. I do not want any debit order taking place on my account.
