These guys have given me the worst service ever!!! I have been trying to upgrade my phone since November. Eventuall in December I PRE ORDERED a phone amd then got a call saying I’ll have the phone within 7 working days. 2 weeks later I had to restart the entire process. I’m still waiting. Emails don’t help, calls don’t help. All they say is “ we’re out of stok” - what was the point of a pre order then??? This is the worst service I have ever received from any service provider. EVER. I’ve been a customer of mtn for 15 years and they are getting worse and worse.
