Poor customer service
I did an On-Line application for a new hand set with my Cellular Service provider. Have been waiting over a month for them to contact me about where or when I will get my hand set. So today I get an email saying that the application has been terminated. What a load of ******* from this on-line supplier. that doesn't have the decency to contact me and explain why the long wait!!! Really Poor service and strong advise not to go through them for any cellphones.
