Plug and Play Router

I recently took a Month-to-Month MTN WiFI Route for R249pm. I paid the Pro Rata (R377.51)as stipulated paid it upfront and the contract was successful and a courier company was appointed to deliver my package. Few days later i phone DSV Couriers to track my package only to be told, they were instructed by MTN to return the package to them and adviced to call MTN. I then call MTN and was told the contract was cancelled and no reason given, Mallerina (from MTN) suggested maybe the R377. 51 payment didnt go through and asked for proof of payment,which I've sent her 3 times and to date no reply or feedback. MTN and Mondo are a *****, i keep emailing them daily, when you call you are transferred from one consultant to the next with no hope to resolving my issue, i need my router or refund. MTN and MONDO are ****mers and *******. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
