PLEASE REACH OUT.... AND THEN NOTHING
On the 10th of July 2023 I was informed via e-mail that the investigation is complete and that your agent was at fault and that I should reach out to you.
I have now repeatedly tried doing that with no success so now after this review I hop you will reach out to me.

I immediately tried calling back, no luck. I then received a sms that I should inform you what time is suitable to be contacted, again I rep**** immediately. So when are you going to phone and sort this out? Refund me? Credit my account?
