PLEASE COME AND COLLET YOUR DEVICE

In April 2015 I got a call from mondo mobile offering me a contract phone which is a vodacom smart tablet,then on the o2 april they send me a wrong device so I called them on 07 april to report the matter and they said they will cancel the contract and send someone to come and fetch their device,since then I've been calling them each and every week because now I'm billed for something that I have not used and they said the person who was handling my case is no longer working there again they will send someone to come and collect that thing and its almost Three months now.What I hate about them is that they expect me to do the follow up while they said they will keep me updated,I will never order anything from Mondo
