Please close the orders on time.

Mondeo is a good company that assist customers to access products. My overall experience so far is okay. They just need to make sure that every customer that use their service is serviced completely. In my case i have to wait six days to get access internet for my product i signed up for after i revieved from mtn because they did not close the order. As a result mtn could not connect me because my order on their side shows pending status. So im not happy about that. Please try and improve the concentration on each order you deal with and make sure everything is done accordingly. Imagine if i didn't call to check thats mean my order will still be showing pending and nothing is done about it. Please improve on that. Sanele Nxumalo
