Pleasant experience with Serusha

Good day, Serusha is very friendly, helpfull and has alot of respect for her callers. She went the extra mile to sort my deduction query out. It was really pleasant chatting to her. We need more people in call centre's like this. May she be blessed in her work and personnel life. Mondo please keep her happy.....u dont get alot of people in call centre's with so much passion for their work.
