Phone not delivered

What a bunch of unprofessional people, been expecting a phone they approved from these people for 3 weeks now they keep calling saying they approved my contract when it’s time to deliver they instruct dsv not to deliver What’s funny is that everytime they call they blame Dsv and everytime I call dsv, dsv blames them I don’t know who’s worse between the 2 companies both so unprofessional
