Phone not delivered

I had been contacted by the business and was offered a MTN deal. After going ahead with the deal beginning of August, I am still awaiting delivery... I keep phoning them to follow up and I either get redirected between a courier company or MTN... Why do I have to run around and track down my order? They keep promising "urgent delivery" and promising dates, but they are not honoured. Once Mondo has delivered what they promised I will gladly rectify the review... but for now I am very annoyed.
