Phone collected but account still debited
<p>I logged a complaint for an incorrect phone delivered by Mondo, the phone was collected but this morning my account was debited of R224 with reference number Telkommobi ********** 890. I tried phoning Mondo I have been holding for an hour with no response. Please can this be rectified. If the phone was collected, why is my account still being debited?</p>

A lady by the name of Kimono called me on Friday, she gave me an email address to email her my bank statement to show proof of my account being debited. The email address is incorrect as the email bounced back. Can someone please phone me to sort this out.
